Chris Chen	e83fa4c2e9	fix: use RandomNumberGenerator for cryptographic temp password generation ... Replaced `new Random()` with `RandomNumberGenerator.GetInt32()` and a Fisher-Yates shuffle to ensure temp passwords are cryptographically secure.
