Overview

Finance staff records individual offerings - the primary data entry path for Phase 1.

Payment Methods

Cash (+ envelope number), Check (+ check number), Zelle (+ ref code), PayPal manual (+ transaction ID)

Tasks

  • Giving table with all fields from PLANNING.md Section 3.6 data model
  • Entry form: member search, category, payment method, amount, reference number, notes
  • IsAnonymous flag (records amount but not member name)
  • FeeAmount field (NetAmount = Amount - FeeAmount, used on IRS receipt)
  • Edit requires finance role + Audit Log entry
