Overview

When an assigned person cannot serve, they request a substitute. Leaders confirm the replacement.

Tasks

  • Member: 'I can not serve' button on their assignment
  • System suggests alternatives: members with same slot not already assigned that Sunday
  • Ministry leader reviews suggestions and confirms substitute
  • Original member notified of successful replacement
  • Status flow: Assigned -> SubstituteRequested -> Replaced
