Overview

Assign primary and assistant leaders to cell groups, automatically granting them Ministry Scope for that group's data.

Tasks

  • cell_leader and district_leader roles bound to CellGroup via UserMinistry table
  • Cell leader: full access to their group's members, meetings, attendance
  • District leader: access to all cell groups in their district
  • Leader change logged to Audit Log
  • UI: cell group detail -> assign/change leader (super_admin, coworker_chair)
