Overview

Proactively notify the finance team when a ministry's spending approaches or exceeds its annual budget.

Tasks

  • Background job: on each Expense approval, recalculate % budget used per ministry
  • At 80%: email alert to finance and relevant ministry_leader
  • At 100%: escalation alert to pastor and super_admin
  • Alert history log (who notified, when, at what % level)
  • Admin: configure alert thresholds (default 80% and 100%)
