Overview

AI analyzes attendance patterns to alert pastors about members who may need care, and drafts personalized check-in messages.

Tasks

  • Absence threshold: flag member after 3+ consecutive missed meetings or 4+ missed Sundays
  • Weekly background job: scan attendance, generate care flags
  • Integrate Claude API (Anthropic) to draft personalized check-in message per flagged member
  • Pastor review queue: review AI drafts, edit, send (human in the loop)
  • Track follow-up outcome per flagged member
