Overview

Build the public rolac.org website shell with Tailwind CSS, bilingual routing, and hreflang SEO tags.

Tasks

  • URL strategy: /en/ and /zh/ route prefixes (SEO-friendly)
  • hreflang link tags per page for bilingual SEO
  • Responsive header with EN/ZH toggle (language saved to localStorage)
  • Mobile hamburger navigation
  • Bilingual footer with contact info
  • Angular Meta service for dynamic meta title/description
