Adds GivingListItemDto, GivingDto, CreateGivingRequest, UpdateGivingRequest DTOs; IGivingService interface; GivingService implementation with category/date filtering, OfferingSession lock guard (Submitted/Reconciled), and DI registration in Program.cs.
